Big Top Casino – The Final Verdict
Big Top Casino is a newbie in the world of online gambling. The bonus offered by them cannot be withdrawn.
When they find out players are getting to know their games are rigged, and they begin speaking about it, their chats are deleted, and the players are banned.
Despite the big bonuses, they offer they don’t give the players any chance to win because the winners are fixed, and they are the ones who keep winning again and again.

This site (and sister sites) has got a lot worse since this review was posted. I have been a customer for a few years and it was a great site (although the customer service left a lot to be desired). Since 2017 they have made many changes including no more wagering. There is the option to convert BB’s but this is laughable. Since the new changes as of 17 April 2019 the BB conversion rate has gone down further so if you are say a silver player you now only get £3 per 100BB being an example. There are no longer any free games. They have introduced online BB room where you pay 3BB for 3 cards which is a hefty mark up on cash games and the competition is fierce always the same winners. There is a nice BB JP but the snag here is if you are lucky enough to win it you lose BB’s during conversion as it pushes players over their allotted limit.
There are chat games with varying BB denominations but there is less per hour and as with tournaments the competition is fierce. CM’s are not in until 4pm now though so there are even less games to share. In addition this means should you win on 77 or 44 (hot ball or power ball), or on a loyalty game you cannot claim for your BB bonus.
The pots for games have been dropped starting at 10p or 50p after 5pm. You can only win if playing solo and even then there is no profit. There are however cash JP games of £25, £50, £100 and £300 dependent on the room you are playing in. For the £25, £50 & £100 games cards are 25p each and you can buy up to 192 cards. It is usually one of a small group of elite players who just play the big games who win. The Mega games are still there and again the same elite few who win. It doesn’t matter how many cards you buy you have no chance if not one of the chosen. In fact it is almost as if the winners are predetermined. This theory is supported by many a CM faux pas when they congratulate the winner before the game has ended. Players are unhappy with the changes but the sites do not listen at all.
Players who dare question the new regime or the fact the same winners have monopoly over the big games get chat banned.
Players are routinely fobbed off by CM’s and live help. If you complain to management initially they pay no more than lip service to your concerns no matter how valid however should you dare to press the issue you are threatened with chat ban or worse.
From a player perspective I have gone from a small deposit per week to hundreds per day and still cannot compete, at no time have I ever received any advice or support from the site as their primary directive is to get more of your money whilst giving little to nothing in return.
This is a Daub owned site and it is likely this new regime is designed to pay off the huge fine from the Gambling Commission it received. They have no concern whatsoever for the players happiness, game enjoyment or wellbeing.
Daub run sites like Big Top Casino may look like a well oiled machine with it’s false promises but look closely enough and it is coming apart at the seams. The sites are rotten from the root to the core and in my honest opinion should have been closed down a long time ago. It is so poorly run it let false advertisements run for it’s mega bingo games for over a year after free cards if you buy 10 stopped and still if you look closely there is still false advertising and information given on the promo pages and also in the chat rooms where free cards are promised but never gained.
Be thankful to walk away with the shirt on your back if you join this site. If you do decide to give it a whirl do not forget to look past the shiny façade and see it for what it really is. Ask the players their opinion and see how fast the British freedom of speech is obliterated. You will get honesty from the players but you may not see them for long once they tell you the truth.
The latest in the Big Top and sister sites saga appeared today as always with no prior warning. Chat game prizes have been cut whilst continuing to be advertised at a higher rate. Prize pots have reduced further and card prices have been hiked up on random games with again zero explanation. Players who dare question or complain inclusive of myself receive an instant chat privilege ban under the guise of room disruption. No concessions are given. The management style would truly make certain past communist leaders very proud. It is shameful that in this day and age companies are allowed to treat us this way and should in no way be tolerated because tolerance makes it acceptable. Save your budget and your sanity and find a nice site that treats it’s players with respect.
